Living Villages has seven different styles of home on offer at its new village being created beside the idyllic St Mellion International Golf Course in Cornwall.

The community has been designed to remain in keeping with traditional Cornish architecture and the natural landscape, while including modern eco-friendly touches.

All 66 homes include log burning back boilers in the living rooms, which help to naturally heat the water pipes, while a solar panel on the roof helps complete the job.

The home styles are peppered throughout the four acre site helping create a diverse residential setting. Each property is painted in earthy, natural tones and features untreated timber weatherboard, which is very low maintenance.Ornate wooden trimmings surround each window to evoke a relaxing Cornish village vibe.

A pedestrian lane way winds its way throughout the site making it perfect for families. While vehicles can access the village, there is no permanent parking outside each home, helping to create a pedestrian friendly holiday environment. Golf buggies can be hired from the club house and each home will be fitted with an electrical charger outside to charge up the batteries as needed.
