Phase One

Phase one of the St. Mellion development will provide a range of homes suitable for young couples, large families and retirees. The phase will include 66 holiday homes, which consist of two-bedroom apartments and two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom houses. Situated as its own village, the homes are located adjacent to the golf courses but have been strategically positioned to create a separate community within the resort.
