The Development
The first phase of West Wollaton, the Living Villages golf and holiday home development in the heart of the St. Mellion International Golf Resort, has been released for sale. The development comprises 66 beautiful holiday homes ranging from two-bedroom apartments to two-, three- and four-bedroom houses. Prices start at £234,450, with the largest holiday homes for sale at £464,000. This unique village of luxurious holiday homes is situated right in the heart of the golf course alongside the 17th fairway. For a period of five years starting in 2009, the St. Mellion Golf Resort will host the English Open on the superb Jack Nicklaus Signature Course.
Members can enjoy access to all the leisure facilities at the Resort * , which include a health club and spa overlooking the golf course. The spa will be linked to a brand-new leisure, pools and sauna complex.

A pleasant pedestrian lane winds its way through the site. While vehicles can access the village, parking is carefully screened off, helping to create a pedestrian-friendly holiday environment. Golf buggies can be hired from the club house, and each home has an outdoor golf buggy space which will be fitted with an electrical battery charger.
